Vice-chancellor pays courtesy visit to Kwara State Commissioner for Social Development

The 2nd substantive Vice-Chancellor of Thomas Adewumi University, Prof. Francisca Oladipo, accompanied by the Dean of the Faculty of Management and Social Science, Dr. James Ishola, paid a coursey visit to the Hon. Commissioner Deborah Aremu, Kwara State Commissioner for Social Development at her residence in Oko irese, Irepodun Local Government, Kwara state.

While commending the impact of the founder of TAU on the Oko community, Hon. commissioner Deborah emphasized that by establishing the private university in the city, the founder, Engr. Dr.Johnson Adewumi has significantly boosted the reputation of the native town. She expressed her gratitude to the Vice-chancellor for the courtesy visit, stressing that it is a great joy to see a female leader becoming the 2nd vice-chancellor of the private university.

She also promised to contribute her quota to the development and student enrollment at the school. The Vice-chancellor presented souvenirs to the commissioner after which picture was taken.
