Professor Francisca Oladipo executed her first assignment as Vice-chancellor of Thomas Adewumi University on the day the inauguration took place. She ensured the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the Federal University of Lokoja and Thomas Adewumi University.

This MOU is for the sole purpose of smoothening the relationship between the two institutions of learning and promoting the quality of education. The agreement will be of mutual benefit to the two parties. The Vice-chancellor added that she would do in all her capacity to ensure that Thomas Adewumi gets to the higher feats it is to reach.
